Technical Product Marketing Manager (TPMM)

Anza is a Solana R&D lab focused on blockchain performance and scalability, pioneering solutions for decentralized applications. The company seeks a Technical Product Marketing Manager to communicate its technical work to the ecosystem.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Major Launch Coordination: Own end-to-end coordination for Anza's major 2026 launches, including narrative development, content production, spokesperson selection, timing, and channel strategy.
• Release Management: Drive marketing for the Agave release cycle, including highlighting features, coordinating announcements, and building a release playbook.
• Technical Content and Positioning: Translate technical changes into clear messaging for validators, developers, and the ecosystem, and produce related content.
• Social and Channel Ownership: Manage Anza's X (Twitter) presence, including content direction, posting, and community engagement.
• Media and Foundation Coordination: Build relationships with crypto media and coordinate with the Solana Foundation on narratives and media strategy.
• Project Management: Oversee content calendars, cross-team alignment, review cycles, and dependencies to ensure timely external rollouts.
• Messaging and Narrative: Develop messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across all external communications.

Requirements

• Background as a former engineer with experience in marketing, or extensive technical marketing in infrastructure, developer tools, distributed systems, or protocol-level crypto.
• Technical fluency with the ability to read code descriptions, specs, or protocol documentation and identify key points.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder product launches.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills for cross-functional execution.
• Knowledge of and passion for Solana and Web3 ecosystems; familiarity with validator clients, networking, or consensus concepts is a plus.
• Scrappy, low ego, self-motivated disposition.
