Responsibilities
- Discover potential opportunities within the market and customer segments to improve allegiance and sales revenue.
- Uncover customer interest in products and drive the value proposition from sample to knowledge.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, application support, and technical service teams.
- Support new product introduction and increase adoption rates.
- Manage sales funnel and forecast in collaboration with sales teams.
- Maintain awareness of industry activity and introduce new products and services.
Requirements
- M.Sc. degree in Science or Business fields or relevant experience.
- 3–5 years of experience with gas chromatography and/or mass spectrometry instrumentation.
- Experience in routine laboratory environments (food, environmental, industrial) is welcome.
