Technical Support Application Analyst Remote 24/7

The Application Analyst provides technical support for a specific product vertical, assisting both technical and non-technical customers through troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues related to software and networked systems. The role involves customer service, ticket management, and technical expertise development.

Location: Remote

Salary: 82,000–122,000 PLN

Responsibilities

• Use SQL applications and tools to run basic SQL queries
• Respond to client questions, problems, and work requests on a daily basis
• Develop an expertise in company products and services and share this knowledge with customers
• Partner with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents
• Perform Application Analyst responsibilities effectively
• Follow procedures for creating, categorizing, updating, escalating, transitioning, and resolving tickets
• Monitor open tickets, contact customers, and update tickets timely
• Provide responsive support during scheduled shifts, including early, late, and on-call shifts
• Complete daily tasks and projects
• Track time daily

Requirements

• Customer support experience
• Client-focused with understanding of expectations
• Experience supporting clients via phone and email
• Troubleshooting complex issues
• SQL and Windows platform experience
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time
