Therapy Support Specialist

Noctrix Health is seeking a Therapy Support Specialist to provide remote onboarding, therapy support, and customer relationship management for patients using their drug-free wearable therapy for neurological disorders.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Represent Noctrix in virtual patient interactions, including application training, product demonstrations, and therapy support
• Serve as a consultant to clinicians and technicians during implementation and calibration sessions
• Capture therapy support needs and provide feedback to product teams
• Collaborate on training content development
• Maintain relationships with patients and partners
• Manage customer interactions in Salesforce

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Associate or bachelor's degree in biology or a health-related field (preferred)
