Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, negotiation, and execution of value-based care contracts with health plans and purchasers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 15+ years experience with health plans or payer contracting within value-based care
- 7+ years experience managing and leading teams
- Deep knowledge of Commercially insured populations
- Results-oriented with influence skills
- Proven relationship management and communication skills with senior management
- Business development expertise at local and national levels
- Passion for shifting from fee-for-service to value-based care
