A versatile Video Editor role for a content creation studio specializing in podcasts, videos, educational content, and digital media. The role involves editing various content types including educational videos, social clips, event highlights, interviews, and long-form YouTube and podcast episodes.

Location: Philippines

Salary: $1,300 - $1,800 per month

Responsibilities

• Edit educational videos, event highlight reels, interview content, short-form social clips, and long-form podcast/YouTube episodes.
• Review long-form content to identify compelling moments and create short clips for social media.
• Edit high-energy event recaps and polished interview videos.
• Assemble and edit full podcast episodes and long-form YouTube videos.
• Clean, level, and master audio tracks for podcasts.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.

Requirements

• Proven video editing experience in educational videos, short-form social content, event highlight reels, interviews, and long-form content.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least two of the following: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social trends, video codecs, formats, aspect ratios, color correction, motion graphics, and audio editing.
• Fast, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Creative instincts with an eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
