Virtual Assistant

A full-time remote Virtual Assistant role supporting a small, values-driven tech agency called Help Me Kara that partners with female entrepreneurs. The role involves social media content creation, email management, client support, basic project management, research, and light bookkeeping.

Location: Remote

Salary: $2.35/hr

Responsibilities

• Create and edit social media content and IG carousels in Canva.
• Edit short reels with captions and text using Capcut.
• Manage email inboxes: triage, draft replies, organize, follow-up.
• Organize and maintain Google Drive and Canva folders.
• Build and manage content calendars and schedule posts.
• Support client communication via Slack and email.
• Create SOPs, checklists, and project cards for workflows.
• Basic copywriting for captions, newsletters, and headlines.
• Client onboarding support: welcome kits, checklists, calendar invites.
• Light project management: track tasks, follow up, update owners.
• Research & outreach: market research, prospecting, event logistics.
• Occasional light bookkeeping tasks and event support.

Requirements

• Canva — confident building multi-slide carousels and templates.
• Capcut for short video editing.
• Google Workspace — Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar.
• GoHighlevel experience or willingness to learn.
• Email management — Gmail filters/labels, professional replies.
• Asana / Trello — create and maintain project boards and SOPs.
• Reliable laptop, stable internet (min 10 Mbps), quiet workspace.
