Workday Adaptive Planning Manager

Kainos is seeking a Manager for their Adaptive Planning Professional Services team to lead implementation projects, mentor team members, and develop expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning. The role involves working with clients across various industries to transform their business planning processes.
Location: United States
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of Adaptive Planning implementation projects, including understanding client processes, recommending solutions, guiding design sessions, developing and configuring planning models, conducting training, documenting models and reports, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining client communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 10+ years’ experience in accounting/financial management, especially budgeting, planning, and management reporting.
- 2-4 years' experience implementing at least one EPM system (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Host Analytics, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion).
- Advanced or expert proficiency in Excel, especially in designing and building complex financial planning models.
- Experience as a people manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Organized, thorough, process-driven.
- Previous consulting experience is ideal.
