Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth across the portfolio with a focus on Electrophysiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists, and Interventional Radiologists.
- Achieve sales targets for the Vessel Closure portfolio including small and large bore arterial, venous, and future product releases.
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Clinical Specialists.
- Deliver business results through coaching, motivation, and performance management.
- Increase market share within the assigned region and influence hospital stakeholders.
- Drive contracting efforts to gain favorable positions in accounts.
- Develop and execute the commercial sales strategy aligned with marketing.
- Hire, coach, develop, and manage team performance.
- Manage customer relationships through targeting, onboarding, contracting, clinical support, pricing, KOL management, and conflict resolution.
- Plan, forecast, manage expenses, report, ensure sales process adherence, and interact with sales analytics.
- Maintain adherence to sales management and reporting systems.
- Provide feedback on sales strategies and marketing effectiveness.
- Identify sales target pipelines for revenue and productivity goals.
- Organize performance review meetings regularly.
- Establish individual development plans for team members.
- Ensure team maintains product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure compliance with company values, ethics, and legal obligations.
- Foster a diverse workplace.
- Inform the company of market dynamics and competition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7+ years of related work experience.
- Ability to travel 50% within the region.
