The Tripadvisor Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, cultivate key partnerships, and develop data-driven strategies to unlock new distribution opportunities in the travel industry. The role involves identifying new prospects, negotiating deals, and managing end-to-end partnership launches.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to drive revenue and create new business opportunities.
- Leverage data insights to inform decisions and shape strategies that enhance partner performance and fuel growth.
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with senior executives at partner organizations to influence strategies and close large-scale deals.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans, aligning with partner goals to unlock new revenue streams.
- Stay current on trends within the travel industry and competitive landscape to inform business development efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the travel, e-commerce, or tech sectors.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to deliver results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
