Analista de CRM Pleno - Jornada

The company is seeking a CRM Analyst to develop and optimize omnichannel customer journeys, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with content and design teams to enhance customer engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve omnichannel customer journeys, ensuring relevant communication and increased conversion.
• Lead end-to-end management of campaigns and automations, focusing on operational efficiency and business impact.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of results and customer behavior to generate actionable insights and propose new content, cadence, and channel strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Content and Design teams to translate data and insights into effective communications, aligning tone of voice, format, and journey with CRM strategies.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization in CRM workflows, proposing scalable solutions to increase efficiency and reduce rework.
• Explore new technologies, channels, and digital marketing methodologies to enhance personalization and customer engagement.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, sharing best practices, quality standards, and learnings about journeys, automation, and performance.

Requirements

• Intermediate experience in CRM, with work in multi-channel campaigns and journeys (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push).
• Experience in data-driven environments, monitoring engagement and conversion metrics.
• Participation in automation, personalization, or communication optimization initiatives.
