Associate Director Information Technology

The role involves leading and managing an IT team supporting an organizational segment, developing IT strategies, overseeing projects, managing vendors, and ensuring team development and policy adherence. It is suitable for experienced IT managers with healthcare payer expertise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT support for organizational segment.
• Develop and implement IT strategy in collaboration with leadership.
• Convey IT strategy to staff and ensure implementation.
• Manage IT projects and vendor relationships.
• Develop and administer IT budget.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff; mentor team members.
• Formulate staff development plans and ensure policy compliance.
• Support departmental initiatives and inter-team cooperation.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years managerial/supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
