Singularu, a young and ambitious jewelry brand with over 350 team members, is seeking a Customer Service representative to join their team in a hybrid work model. The role involves supporting customers through various channels, resolving issues, and enhancing their experience with the brand.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents via email, phone, and chat, ensuring quick and empathetic responses.
- Process changes, returns, and order follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer questions about products, availability, and order status with clear and accurate information.
- Manage and respond to product reviews to improve brand experience.
- Collaborate with the team to identify patterns of incidents and suggest process improvements.
- Use CRM tools to record and track all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and platforms.
