Location: Germany

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the international growth of LUMAS’ B2B channel within the Hospitality and A&D sectors.
  • Own complex, long-cycle project sales processes with international hotel groups and corporate clients.
  • Build and expand a high-level network within the global hospitality industry.
  • Develop and negotiate large-scale framework agreements and project-based contracts.
  • Act as trusted advisor to C-level and procurement stakeholders.
  • Represent LUMAS at international trade fairs and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored, design-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B project sales within hospitality, interior design, furniture, lighting or related premium design industries.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder corporate sales cycles.
  • Strong international network within the hospitality sector (preferred).
  • Experience negotiating framework agreements with large hotel groups or design-led corporate clients.
  • Confident communicator at executive level.
  • Fluent in English (German advantageous).
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%) to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with basic analytical skills to track sales performance.
