Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and scale a new BPO operation for a new client.
  • Manage and motivate teams in a fast-changing environment.
  • Coordinate across multiple functions remotely.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in BPO or contact center operations.
  • Proven experience in launching new teams or client programs.
  • Strong expertise in business process mapping and digital transformation in CX.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in project-based operational setups, transitions, or start-up operations.
  • Strong people leadership skills.
  • Understanding of KPIs, SLAs, quality frameworks, workforce planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset.
