WorkNomads is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to establish and grow a new BPO operation for a new client, focusing on launching teams, process optimization, and client management.

Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and scale a new BPO operation for a new client.
- Manage and motivate teams in a fast-changing environment.
- Coordinate across multiple functions remotely.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BPO or contact center operations.
- Proven experience in launching new teams or client programs.
- Strong expertise in business process mapping and digital transformation in CX.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in project-based operational setups, transitions, or start-up operations.
- Strong people leadership skills.
- Understanding of KPIs, SLAs, quality frameworks, workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset.
