Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff at Freedx operates as the CEO's extension, owning execution on cross-functional priorities and providing analytical, operational, and strategic support for a newly established cryptocurrency exchange.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the CEO's extension across Freedx.
• Own execution on cross-functional priorities.
• Provide analytical, operational, and strategic support.

Requirements

• 5+ years in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent)
• Investment banking, corporate strategy, or prior chief of staff experience
• MBA from a top-tier programme (preferred)
• Russian-speaking (required); English fluency (essential)
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel proficiency
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
• Track record of managing complex cross-functional programmes from concept to delivery
