Responsibilities
- Focus on qualified buyer demos that lead to conversion.
- Create qualified pipeline from high-intent accounts.
- Convert inbound demos into Sales Accepted Leads.
- Provide feedback to improve campaigns and targeting.
- Exercise judgment in account targeting, messaging, and timing.
- Identify when to skip or pursue accounts based on signals.
- Prioritize accounts with real potential and move on from dead leads.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of B2B SaaS BDR or SDR experience.
- Outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
- Ability to research and craft sharp, personalized emails.
- Curiosity about buyers and their needs.
- Clear motivation for owning deals and advancing to AE role.
- Honest and fast in diagnosing and adjusting strategies.
