Sharecare, a leading digital health company, is seeking a Care Advisor for its CareLinx platform. The role involves supporting families in finding and managing in-home caregivers, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining relationships.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and communication.
- Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain relationships and satisfaction.
- Document interactions accurately in CareLinx’s EHR system.
- Collaborate professionally with team members.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a productivity-based customer service role or call center environment, or a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
