Sharecare, a leading digital health company, is seeking a Care Advisor for its CareLinx platform. The role involves supporting families in finding and managing in-home caregivers, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining relationships.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and communication.
  • Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain relationships and satisfaction.
  • Document interactions accurately in CareLinx’s EHR system.
  • Collaborate professionally with team members.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a productivity-based customer service role or call center environment, or a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service.
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred.
