Client Account Manager

Full-Time Client Account Managers needed for a fast-growing agency serving medical and legal practices, responsible for managing multiple client accounts and supporting marketing strategies.

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Salary: $1,622 – $3,784 USD/month

Responsibilities

• Manage 30–50+ client accounts as the main point of contact
• Lead client support and strategy calls
• Oversee projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Help build and manage marketing funnels and automations
• Identify and recommend upsell opportunities when appropriate
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams via Slack

Requirements

• Experience in account management or client services (agency preferred)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote role
• Long-term mindset and interest in growth
