Location: Japan
Responsibilities
- Drive growth of contract sales and service jobs through exceptional customer service and outreach.
- Manage and document communication, support, and problem resolution for customer contacts.
- Maintain expert knowledge of assigned contracts to educate customers on guidelines and restrictions.
- Use internal systems to manage order activity including placing orders, quotes, proof of delivery, and service requests.
- Collaborate internally with associates to deliver exceptional service.
- Source incidental service requirements.
- Assist sourcing team during high volume periods.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, military training or relevant experience may be considered.
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, experience supporting government customers is helpful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual in Japanese and English.
- Highly organized and meticulous, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to shift focus, prioritize independently, and review multiple contracts.
- Self-driven, proactive, accountable, and resourceful.
- Strong team-building skills and collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
