Customer Support - Streaming Services

Customer support role supporting streaming media and entertainment customers, ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, technical support, and streaming troubleshooting.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for streaming media and entertainment services.
• Troubleshoot streaming issues on phones, smart TVs, and other devices.
• Assist customers with basic PC and Microsoft Office tasks.
• Utilize CRM applications to manage customer interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or contact center environment.
• Experience with streaming services and troubleshooting.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience.
• Technical support experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking skills with multiple applications.
• Experience with CRM applications (preferred).
• Excellent internet connectivity (2 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download).
• Authorized to work in the US.
