Commercial Closing Specialist, Vylla

The Commercial Closing Specialist manages the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring timely completion of all tasks from contract to sale, including communication, documentation, and compliance.

Location: Remote

Salary: $34.00 - $40.00 an hour plus monthly incentive

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned commercial pipeline orders, including ordering searches, issuing title commitments, managing clearance, and preparing closing statements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to clients and their representatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory practices in title and settlement business.
• Train personnel as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• State title / escrow licenses preferred.
• Two to five years’ experience in title, settlement services, or mortgage.
• Refinance closing experience preferred.
