Configuration Architect - GuidingCare

The Clinical Systems Configuration Architect is responsible for all architectural disciplines, decision making, communication, and collaboration for the enterprise, focusing on building and maintaining technology strategy for clinical system configuration at CareSource.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $94,100.00 - $164,800.00

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain architecture disciplines guiding the organization's technology decisions.
• Define and communicate clinical systems implementation standards, best practices, and guidelines.
• Guide leaders at CareSource with expertise.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Evaluate solutions for clinical systems operationalization and recommend appropriate options.
• Develop policies, standards, and guidelines for platform use.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and leaders.
• Maintain current knowledge of modern practices and software.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with teams and customers.
• Act as liaison between business areas to implement solutions and evaluate effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot clinical configuration issues and develop solutions.
• Research, review, and recommend solutions to problems.
• Evaluate and improve Health Edge systems setup and applications.
• Develop prototypes for new system capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead teams in requirements analysis and provide expert consultation.
• Oversee configuration activities ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Work independently with initiative and judgment.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in information technology, business intelligence, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of Health Edge/Guiding Care experience in clinical systems configuration.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare domain experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in project management/leadership (preferred).
• Experience with TriZetto/Cognizant Facets applications (preferred).
• Experience implementing LTSS functionality in Health Edge/Guiding Care (preferred).
