A career opportunity as a Corporate Account Manager in Business Development within Ecolab's Institutional Division, focusing on managing and growing corporate accounts in various sectors.

Responsibilities
- Manage and acquire national & international corporate accounts in foodservice, care, lodging, and facility care segments.
- Identify key decision makers and cultivate relationships to ensure satisfaction with Ecolab's offerings.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow the business.
- Create customer-specific strategies based on current and future needs.
- Design and deliver customer proposals leveraging Ecolab products and solutions.
- Coordinate resources to develop total solution proposals with value for customers.
- Develop sales budgets and pricing strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
- Partner with global account teams, field sales, distribution, and internal teams.
- Use tools and reporting to produce presentations and summaries demonstrating value.
- Share knowledge of customer businesses internally to improve customer experience.
- Represent Ecolab at industry and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in foodservice, care, lodging, or facility care industries.
- Hunting sales mentality with goal-setting and achievement focus.
- Proven success in a large, global, matrixed organization with budget and growth targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with strategic mindset and agility.
- Ability to negotiate complex deals and execute pricing.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to work with diverse, multicultural teams and customers.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
