Seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Customer Service Representative Administrator to deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a remote environment.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting, and support requests.
  • Deliver a positive, empathetic, and customer-focused experience.
  • Identify customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalate complex matters to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Utilize CRM systems and support platforms.
  • Keep customer records organized.
  • Assist with maintaining knowledge bases.
  • Adhere to company policies.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, administration, or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or equivalent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
