Seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Customer Service Representative Administrator to deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and company policies.
- Assist customers with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting, and support requests.
- Deliver a positive, empathetic, and customer-focused experience.
- Identify customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex matters to appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Contribute to customer retention.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Utilize CRM systems and support platforms.
- Keep customer records organized.
- Assist with maintaining knowledge bases.
- Adhere to company policies.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, administration, or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
