VÚB banka is seeking talented and positive individuals to join their digital branch team, working remotely with occasional travel to branches in Poprad or Banská Bystrica. The role involves providing top-tier customer service, solving unexpected challenges, and supporting clients in a flexible, modern work environment.

Location: Remote (Slovakia)

Salary: €1,450/month (including base salary, bonuses, and benefits)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Solve unexpected problems creatively for clients.
• Support clients with financial services and solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma (maturita) or higher education (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and digital tools.
