Digital Media Planning & Implementation Specialist

The company is a boutique digital agency seeking a Digital Media Planning & Implementation Specialist to manage paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, optimize performance, and collaborate with various teams to deliver effective digital marketing solutions.

Location: Work from Home, Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines

Responsibilities

• Formulate, present and articulate media plans that align with the client’s business and media objectives.
• Day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid performance campaigns across Search, Social, Video & Display channels utilising best practice tactics.
• Analyse ad performance and website data to inform the development of strategic insights and recommendations.
• Work in close collaboration with the account management team to deliver client WIPs, key meetings, strategies, deliverables and reporting.
• Support the Client Success team with technical analysis of client accounts and support responses to client enquiries.
• Proactively advise clients through the Client Success team about digital marketing landscape developments and ensure that campaign strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements.
• In partnership with the team, help strategise solutions through a deep understanding of our client's business & success metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Previous experience within a media agency, preferably buying ads on Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Programmatic.
• Proven track record of successfully executing performance campaigns across multiple channels and driving ROI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with bid management tools and ad serving platforms.
• Experience and a keenness to work cross functionally and manage external vendors/agencies.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven analytical ability and quantitative skills.
• A positive, solutions focused mindset.
