Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of launch and commercialization strategies for late-stage assets in autoimmune indications.
  • Build an integrated global indication brand strategy considering short- and long-term impacts.
  • Evolve target patient profiles using market insights to inform brand positioning.
  • Lead insight-driven development of branding, messaging, and market activation strategies.
  • Drive the development of global launch campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify strategic partnerships to enhance brand and market position.
  • Lead the cross-functional Indication Commercialization Team (ICT) throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Foster ongoing insights development and data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent argenx at industry conferences and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Manage the global commercial budget.
  • Ensure strategy alignment with corporate priorities and cultural pillars.
  • Develop and communicate strategic options to optimize trade-offs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 10+ years of marketing experience.
  • 5+ years in global strategic marketing or commercial roles, with regional leadership experience.
  • Expertise in global brand launch and commercialization, especially for pipeline and late-stage assets.
