Director, Medicare Regulatory Change Management

The role involves developing and implementing strategies to ensure regulatory compliance for healthcare products, collaborating with various departments, and providing guidance on compliance issues. It requires extensive experience in healthcare compliance, particularly with Medicare and Medicaid.

Location: Monaco

Salary: $118,400.00 - $219,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead for maintenance and tracking laws, regulations and compliance guidance documents, and preparing updates and analysis on regulatory actions.
• Communicate key regulatory changes, trends, data to stakeholders and leaders.
• Collaborate with Product Compliance, Policy, Government Relations, Legal, and other departments to assess regulations.
• Evaluate and monitor changes to service functions and performance in relation to company policies.
• Provide guidance to departments on compliance issues and implementation of new requirements.
• Mentor and guide subordinates within the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with Medicare and Medicaid, including audits.
• Experience with healthcare regulatory agencies in compliance and fraud programs development. Experience with federal and state insurance or program requirements is preferred.
