Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation

This is a highly technical, ownership-driven role for system integration, automation, and infrastructure building, primarily for candidates in Latin America with a preference for Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia.

Location: Remote (LATAM, with preference for Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia)

Salary: $5,000–$6,000 USD per month, paid bi-monthly, full-time independent contractor (1099)

Responsibilities

• Build Claude projects, skills, and prompt systems for automation and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain ClickFunnels funnels, pipelines, email automations, and workflows.
• Develop dashboards and data pipelines using Replit, Baserow, Zapier, and Claude.
• Own and improve integrations across various CRM and transaction systems.
• Review scope briefs, execute builds, document, and hand off systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue systems, CRM architecture, AI automation, RevOps, or technical operations.
• Experience deploying AI agents and automations in production with measurable outcomes.
• Expert-level fluency in Claude, including Claude Projects, Skills, and Cowork.
• Ability to teach technical systems to non-technical leaders.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, shifting environments with high-driver personalities.
• U.S. residential real estate experience or ability to ramp independently.
