The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles new case intake, system drafting, case assignment, and client communication within a healthcare or insurance setting, ensuring timely processing and proper documentation.

Salary: $15.00 - $21.00/hr USD
Responsibilities
- Handle receipt of new cases, review and verify information, draft cases in the Dane Street system, and organize medical documents.
- Monitor, process, and track cases to meet deadlines.
- Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on location, availability, and client requirements.
- Update clients frequently on case progress, communicate questions or missing information, and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements
- An Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Business experience in healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
- Good communication skills, critical thinking, time management, computer literacy, and typing skills.
