Distribution Account Manager - Owl Labs

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 USD annually, with a potential bonus of $10,000 USD annually

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory optimization with distribution, including stocking levels, sell-through visibility, aging/excess management, and demand alignment.
• Run point on deal desk operations: deal registration, quoting accuracy and turnaround, pricing approvals, and workflows connecting sales teams, distribution, and resellers.
• Continuously audit how inventory, registration, and quoting work in practice and redesign processes to improve efficiency.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with distribution through joint planning, shared goals, and clear value exchange.
• Own key distribution performance metrics and report on them with a high-level business perspective.

Requirements

• Strong bias for action and a sense of urgency.
• Distribution or two-tier channel experience (inventory, deal desk, quoting, registration).
• Ability to see the business picture while executing operational details.
• Relationship-building skills and accountability for hard numbers.
• Ability to balance operational, administrative, and strategic work within a week.
• Strong communication skills with concise updates and actionable follow-through.
