Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $19.18/hour starting wage, with merit increases based on performance and longevity

Responsibilities

• Contact donors and prospects to collect donations, verify information, and share institutional updates.
• Follow scripts when reaching out to prospects.
• Accurately enter data into the computer system.
• Meet or exceed goals set by management.
• Work a minimum number of shifts each week/month.
• Pass new hire and compliance trainings.

Requirements

• Current or past student (within 5 years) of University of California, Berkeley.
• Strong command of English (verbal and written).
• Effective communication skills with a variety of individuals.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet, personal computer, webcam, and wired headset.
• Access to home internet meeting minimum speed requirements (20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload).
• Ability to operate in a moderate noise environment.
• Sedentary role with minimal physical effort.
