TripleTen is an online teaching platform that trains students in various tech professions including UX/UI Design, aiming to support their successful career transition into the tech industry. They are seeking experienced UX/UI Design professionals to support and guide students through live sessions, personalized support, and project reviews.
Location: Ecuador
Responsibilities
- Host regular live Q&A sessions to help students unblock and progress confidently
- Offer personalized support through 1:1 video calls to answer questions and guide assignments
- Occasionally respond to student questions via direct messages
- Lead live lessons on core program topics and industry-relevant skills
- Share professional insights and best practices to support the learning community
- Review student projects and provide feedback based on program standards
- Write clear, actionable feedback to help students improve and meet expectations
- Support students in text by explaining concepts, troubleshooting code, and clarifying project or review questions
Requirements
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI Design
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and Visual Design
- Skilled in UX Research and Usability Testing
- Proficient with prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision
- Knowledgeable in building scalable UI Design Systems and Accessibility
- Ability to explain complex topics in understandable terms
- Patience and empathy toward students
- Proficiency in English
