Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $1,500 to $2,500 USD per Month

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality, UGC-style video ads for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Work cooperatively with internal and external teams with excellent communication skills.
• Contribute to pre-packaging (title and thumbnail concepts) for videos.
• Understand short form content strategies including hooks, storytelling, pacing.
• Record a-roll, b-roll, and other UGC style content as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to create concepts and content.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Premiere.
• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude.
• Deep understanding of short form content – hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy.
• Proven success in editing short form content for growing accounts.
• Passion for creating eye-catching creative assets to drive engagement and ROI.
• Analytical skills and basic understanding of paid advertising KPIs.
• Staying updated with trends on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information
