Blink Health is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and scale their brand across digital and physical touchpoints, focusing on high-impact, multi-channel marketing content, and brand evolution. The role requires exceptional visual design, art direction, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine visual brand identities, style guides, and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Create multi-platform marketing activations and content that resonate with different audiences.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across product, sales, and marketing teams to produce high-impact, on-brand visuals.
- Bridge the gap between brand strategy and creative execution, ensuring designs are not only aesthetic but also purposeful.
- Produce a variety of assets, including videos, digital marketing materials, social media content, website, physical experiences, and presentations.
Requirements
- Strong experience (6+ years) in brand and design, with a portfolio showcasing versatility in style and execution.
- Proven ability to lead creative initiatives from 0 - 1.
- A strong eye for design, typography, and general aesthetics.
- Substantial experience in visual design with excellent skills in video, digital, social, web, print, and experiential content creation.
- Ability to think creatively about Blink Health’s web and brand presence.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to present, justify, and iterate on design concepts.
- Motion animation experience and events design are a plus.
