The Facilitation Manager is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences, managing facilitators, and ensuring learner engagement across programs. The role involves leading facilitation delivery, facilitator development, and continuous improvement within a tech-enabled, human-centered education environment.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the learning experience across all programmes, ensuring facilitation is engaging, structured, and outcome-driven.
- Ensure all learning interactions align with the Think, Apply, Grow model, emphasizing real-world application.
- Maintain delivery standards across facilitators, programmes, and formats.
- Monitor facilitation quality and intervene to maintain excellence.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and management of facilitators, coaches, and industry experts.
- Build and maintain a high-performing facilitator network.
- Drive capability development through coaching, feedback, and training.
- Design and refine facilitation frameworks, guides, and standards.
- Drive learner participation, engagement, and monitor experience metrics like NPS.
- Ensure effective use of learning platforms and digital tools.
- Analyze learner data and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure programmes are facilitation-ready and manage operational workflows.
- Collaborate with other teams to align learning design, delivery, and standards.
- Operate as part of the unified Experience Team, ensuring collaboration and shared ownership.
- Lead and develop the facilitation team, fostering a high-performance, learner-centric culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in training and facilitation (online and in-person).
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience managing teams or facilitator networks.
- Proven experience in course facilitation, facilitator development, and learner engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital learning environments, facilitation techniques, and learner engagement models.
- Experience working with LMS platforms, virtual classrooms, and online engagement tools.
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
