Kanz is seeking a founding Growth Lead to develop and execute both inbound marketing and outbound sales strategies, focusing on brand building and lead generation to drive qualified meetings for the CEO.

Location: Lebanon

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy centered on 'Schedule qualified interviews in 48 hours, effortlessly.'
  • Create compelling content assets for hiring managers and HR professionals, utilizing AI.
  • Engage in niche Recruiter and HR WhatsApp groups to build authority and drive traffic.
  • Manage large datasets of potential leads, including cleaning, verifying, and segmenting lists.
  • Use automated email tools to qualify leads and book 2-3 qualified meetings per day for the CEO.
  • Ensure leads are qualified before reaching the CEO and manage CRM flow.

Requirements

  • Flexibility in designing social posts and managing large datasets.
  • Experience with Email Automation, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Comfort with sales activities including cold calling and follow-up.
  • Ability to use tools like Canva or Figma for branding.
  • Experience targeting the Saudi market.
