Head of Marketing
Adswerve is seeking a strategic Head of Marketing to lead go-to-market strategies, brand definition, product management, lead generation, and partnership marketing. The role involves transforming marketing into a core driver of revenue growth and operational excellence, working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams.
Location: Multiple states in the US including Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Salary: $165,000 - $215,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new and existing offerings.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate market needs into actionable product and commercialization plans.
- Develop sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing content that drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to optimize product-market fit and accelerate growth.
- Define and evolve the company’s core Mission, Vision, Value Proposition, and Brand Voice.
- Establish clear Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and complex buying group dynamics.
- Own the holistic corporate messaging framework to ensure consistency across all business units.
- Lead and mentor the Product Management and Product Development teams from initial concept/ideation to launch.
- Oversee the UI/UX design function, ensuring our digital products and services are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with market needs.
- Own the end-to-end "Brand Experience"—ensuring how the world interacts with us through our channels (Website, Social, Email, Newsletter, Connect, etc.) is seamless and world-class.
- Drive growth through a mix of Mass Marketing, Segmented Campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Performance/Lead Generation, and Lifecycle Marketing.
- In Partnership with Sales, balance short-term demand generation with long-term, equity-driving brand awareness.
- Establish a rigorous lead qualification and lifecycle management process to ensure seamless alignment and hand-offs between marketing and sales.
- Own and optimize the distinct channels driving our growth engine, including: Outbound Sales alignment, technology partner referrals, AI Search & Traditional SEO Optimization, Industry Conferences & Events, and Customer Referral Programs.
- Translate complex product/service features into compelling, value-driven market solutions.
- Equip the sales and client success teams with high-impact collateral, presentations, case studies, and tools to accelerate the sales cycle.
- Partner with sales and client success teams across client lifecycle management: expanding our existing clients, upsell, cross-sell.
- Maximize our presence, listings, and co-selling opportunities within major tech marketplaces and strategic partner ecosystems (e.g., Google, Adobe, Snowflake, AWS, and other key players).
- Co-create high-impact marketing campaigns with strategic partners to meet shared revenue and business objectives.
- Proactively manage relationships with key industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) and strategic consultants to secure strong recommendations and deepen engagement with industry stakeholders.
- Establish a robust engine for executive visibility across premium channels—including LinkedIn strategies, high-profile speaking engagements, articles, and webinars—to position the company as a market authority.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, communications, and execution of both industry and proprietary events to engage our target buying groups.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on Product Marketing Management (PMM). Experience managing product development, product management, or design teams is a massive plus.
- Experience and understanding of the google marketing platform, adobe experience manager, and digital marketing/advertising space is a huge plus.
- Proven track record of structuring teams, redefining R&Rs, and optimizing cross-functional workflows for maximum collaboration.
- Deep understanding of everything from high-level brand positioning to hard performance metrics (ABM, Lead Gen, ROI).
- Comfortable speaking the language of product managers, developers, and UX designers. You know how to guide a feature from ideation to Go-To-Market (GTM).
- Exceptional storyteller who can distill complex technical concepts into clear, emotional value propositions.
