Responsibilities
- Ensure all content on the internet is compelling and interesting for garden3d's house of brands, including Sanctuary Computer, XXIX, Index Space, USB Club, and garden3d itself.
- Manage and own the channels end to end: Substack, podcast, Instagram, X, and paid accounts.
- Collaborate with studio leads, designers, developers, editors, animators, photographers, community managers, event producers, and ad platforms.
- Maintain high-quality standards for all content, ensuring visual, narrative, and production quality are at least 8/10.
- Create engaging social media content tailored to each platform.
- Manage and produce case studies for client engagements.
- Oversee website strategy, messaging, and content updates.
- Own editorial content like Substack, podcasts, and transparency publications.
- Direct paid and distribution efforts, including ad spend and audience building.
- Measure content performance and ROI, report findings, and adjust strategies.
- Represent garden3d in IRL events, conferences, and community gatherings.
- Model garden3d's values of partnership, curiosity, and accountability.
- Support special projects like media brand development, podcast growth, community campaigns, and content studio setup.
Requirements
- 8+ years in marketing, content, or brand leadership within creative studios, agencies, or founder-led companies.
- Exceptional taste in visual, narrative, and tone of voice, proven by a portfolio.
- Design background or fluency in producing visual assets in Figma.
- Experience owning a company's web presence, including strategy and messaging.
- Strong project management skills for content calendars and multiple workstreams.
- Fluency in short-form video production for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, with understanding of performance metrics.
- Experience managing creatives and producers, optimizing work quality.
- Hands-on experience with paid social media campaigns, budget management, and A/B testing.
- Understanding of PESO model and media mix management.
