Instructor of Applied Behavior Analysis

The Instructor of Applied Behavior Analysis will support students and manage instruction within the ABA Online program, including conducting online classes, providing academic support, and assisting with program accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned sections for the ABA Online program, including conducting online meetings, preparing materials, engaging students, responding to messages, monitoring attendance and progress, and providing substitute coverage when needed.
• Provide academic support for lead instructors and students, including answering questions, grading, reviewing assessments, conducting office hours, and supervising mentoring.
• Support faculty in maintaining accreditation of the ABA Online program.

Requirements

• Maintain certification as a BCBA or BCBA-D in good standing.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• University teaching experience.
