The Junior LinkedIn Ads Specialist supports the setup, monitoring, and reporting of LinkedIn advertising campaigns, ideal for individuals interested in B2B paid social and digital advertising, with guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities

Assist in building and launching LinkedIn Ads campaigns; apply audience targeting parameters as directed and ensure campaigns are correctly configured before going live.
Support the preparation of ad copy and creative briefs; coordinate with relevant teams to ensure assets are ready and meet platform requirements.
Track daily campaign delivery and key performance metrics; flag issues or budget concerns to senior team members for review.
Help compile performance data into weekly and monthly reports; maintain templates and trackers to support the team in client reporting.
Assist with platform account management and basic tracking verification tasks under senior guidance.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certification is a plus.
Up to 1 year of experience in paid social or digital advertising. Fresh graduates with an interest in B2B marketing are welcome to apply.
Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar advertising platforms; comfortable with spreadsheets for reporting and data tracking.
Detail-oriented and willing to learn; organised and deadline-conscious; good written communication skills; receptive to feedback.
Proficient in English (written and spoken). Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
