Responsibilities
- Support leadership in shaping strategy and priorities for the credit card portfolio.
- Develop and maintain goals and KPIs for the credit card.
- Build financial models and business cases for new features, pricing, and offers.
- Prepare materials for leadership reviews.
- Translate strategic priorities into work items for teams.
- Track execution of initiatives, manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate launch readiness across teams.
- Maintain a portfolio tracker.
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to monitor KPIs and dashboards.
- Identify performance issues and recommend data-driven actions.
- Build understanding of customer segments and market trends.
- Support marketing channel strategy and campaigns.
- Work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure policy adherence.
- Support documentation of business requirements and operational impacts.
- Identify operational pain points and propose improvements.
- Serve as a coordination point across teams.
- Communicate priorities and decisions clearly.
- Align initiatives with broader company strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management, strategy, business management, consulting, or analytics, ideally in finance or fintech.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with ownership.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable as an individual contributor partnering with senior leaders.
