Manager, US Field Marketing

Responsibilities
- Own the segment-level field marketing strategy for US Enterprise, driving alignment across segments.
- Lead and develop the regional Enterprise field marketing team across East, Central, and West.
- Build cohesive plans across hosted, sponsored, partner, and account-based programs.
- Own the strategy and evolution of Glean’s flagship field programs, including audience strategy, content, and regional rollout.
- Standardize and refine high-impact programs into templates and playbooks.
- Act as a player-coach, refining program strategy and improving team output.
- Serve as the primary partner to Enterprise and cross-segment sales leadership for pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with Public Sector and cross-segment sales to shape quarterly plans and execute targeted programs.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Events, Partners, and Ops.
- Own pipeline performance, establishing targets and inspecting results.
- Partner with Ops, RevOps, and Finance to improve reporting, budgeting, and scaling high-yield programs.
- Ensure team delivers high-quality, on-brand programs with strong execution and sales enablement.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS or event marketing, owning regional or segment strategy.
- 1+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Proven track record building programs from scratch, including roadshows and multi-city programs.
- Deep experience scaling field programs and building processes, templates, and frameworks.
- Experience owning pipeline and revenue outcomes from field programs.
- Strong strategic instincts to translate targets and priorities into focused plans.
- Data-driven and ROI-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Collaborative, acting as a hub across teams.
- Strong people leadership skills.
