Managing Director, Enterprise Systems, Planning, & Analysis

The Managing Director, Enterprise Systems, Planning, and Analysis is a technical and analytical role supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function within the finance team. It involves maintaining financial systems, producing reports, analyzing financial data, and improving tools and processes to enhance organizational decision-making.

Location: Flexible

Salary: $90k–$144.8k

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A reporting and analysis needs by producing and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards, developing driver-based projection tools.
• Analyze financial data and trends to support forecasts, actuals, and enterprise spending analysis.
• Provide cross-functional analytical support to teams such as FP&A, Accounting, and People Team.
• Maintain and improve financial systems, including managing templates, troubleshooting, and data integrity.
• Drive systems and process improvements to increase efficiency and usability.
• Contribute to team culture and operations through participation in team priorities and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, or a related field
• Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience working with data systems or tools (financial systems, databases)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time-sensitive requests
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and provide customer support
