Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing & Content Execution Assistant to support a growing short-term furnished rental business managing multiple properties. The role involves executing marketing tasks based on established systems, focusing on social media, Google My Business, and email marketing.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Create and publish social media content for 13 properties
- Develop posts using existing blog content, website materials, and keyword resources
- Perform basic video editing for social media content
- Maintain consistent posting across platforms
- Complete and maintain Google My Business pages (13 total)
- Assist with verification of pending listings (4 remaining)
- Upload and update content regularly on GMB profiles
- Execute email campaigns using existing guest data only
- Use pre-built templates and systems to send communications
- Send updates on promotions, seasonal offers, and announcements
- Ensure campaigns are accurately executed and sent on time
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Experience with social media content creation and posting
- Basic video editing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks across properties
- Comfortable using existing tools, templates, and systems
