Marketing Operations Coordinator

The RevOps Coordinator, Marketing at Steno is responsible for managing revenue operations and marketing systems, ensuring data quality, automating processes, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating across teams to improve client acquisition and lead quality.

Salary: $70,500–$87,500/yr

Responsibilities

• Own GTM data quality end-to-end, ensuring CRM records, reports, and lists are accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Keep the Revenue engine running by triaging and resolving requests from GTM stakeholders on marketing systems, workflows, and campaign operations.
• Be the process improver by partnering with RevOps and cross-functional teams to implement automations and optimizations.
• Turn data into decisions by analyzing marketing performance metrics and funnel data.
• Collaborate across the buyer's journey with cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
• Build the playbook by contributing to documentation and training around RevOps tools and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations.
• Ability to work across data, systems, and people to drive business outcomes.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and can figure things out independently.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
