Responsibilities

  • Join or take the first discovery call once a lead is validated.
  • Understand client priorities and confirm fit with DPM.
  • Coordinate next steps with senior sales and domain experts.
  • Support solution-shaping process by briefing consultants, product managers, and engineers.
  • Ensure proposals reflect client needs and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Drive sales process with planning, communication, and blocker identification.
  • Present and adapt proposals with senior sales or domain leads.
  • Translate questions into clear actions and adjust messaging based on feedback.
  • Own closing by managing objections, outlining value, preparing contracts, and closing deals.
  • Grow sales craft by learning from senior colleagues and taking on more complex opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B sales (e.g., AE/Jr. AE, BDM, SDR with closing experience).
  • First experience closing deals.
  • Strong communication and follow-up discipline.
  • Experience with digital products and understanding how companies build them.
  • Structured way of working and proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Experience in digital agencies or consulting.
