Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the medical call center, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to policies.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality and satisfaction.
Monitor KPIs and ensure team meets SLAs.
Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure call triage protocols are followed, directing patients appropriately.
Lead, mentor, and supervise nurses and support staff.
Conduct staff training and professional development.
Manage staffing schedules.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Foster a positive work environment.
Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices.
Monitor calls for quality, compliance, and satisfaction.
Address patient complaints and escalations.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Act as liaison between call center, clients, and stakeholders.
Communicate with executives and teams.
Report on KPIs, performance, and feedback.
Participate in meetings and policy development.
Education: BSN required; MHA or MSN preferred.
Licensure: Active RN license.
Experience: 5+ years triage, 2+ years leadership, telehealth preferred.
Skills: Leadership, communication, call center tech, data analysis, healthcare regulations.
Physical Requirements: Sit, stand, use hands, hear, visual acuity, remote work capability.
