Operations Support Specialist

This role involves handling KYC requests, monitoring cases, gathering information on chargebacks and fraud, and processing refunds, primarily supporting client and partner interactions in a fintech environment.

Location: Kazakhstan

Responsibilities

  • Handling KYC requests
  • Requesting KYC documents from clients
  • Monitoring deadlines and statuses of KYC and related cases
  • Gathering information related to chargebacks, fraud cases, and partner-related issues
  • Requesting additional details from clients or partners as needed
  • Processing refunds upon request from merchants or internal teams
  • Requesting and managing end-user documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role is a plus
  • Experience in fintech or payment solutions is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Russian and at least B2 level of English
